Our Bronx office provides home health care services throughout communities in Westchester County, New York and New York City. Our Westchester home care office is the latest branch of Caring People and is committed to comprehensive, quality elderly care services. We are committed to providing complete home care solutions. Our home health aides, licensed practical nurses, and registered nurses have been thoroughly vetted and passed our rigorous interview process. We believe that compassionate caregivers should understand the needs of each client and work to develop a flexible, comprehensive care plan plan to fit their personal needs. Each of the dedicated home health aides, nurses, and program managers take the time to carefully listen to clients and their families to assess their needs. we believe in providing ongoing feedback and listening to our clients to develop collaborative relationships.

In addition to home care, our staff will also collaborate with other health professionals and perform referrals as needed to provide complete home health care for seniors. We not only advocate on behalf of our patients, but our transitional coaches work to connect families with local community and service organizations that can provide them with the support. Our transitional care coordinators and patient care team work to keep our clients informed by constantly updating the patient care plan, listening, and communicating.
