Queens – Maria Baez
It is an honor to recognize Maria Baez from the Queens office as the caregiver of the month for April. Maria has been working with Caring People for 13 years with the same client. Their relationship has grown and they are as close as family.
Her client says, “Maria is the best thing that happened to me.” Maria has dedicated thousands of hours caring for her client she loves it and finds it very rewarding. You wouldn’t believe it but Maria has 4 adult children, 20 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She and her husband are very proud of their growing family.
Clifton – Josianne Jn GilleM
Josianne has been a caregiver for over 5 years joining the Caring People team one year after receiving her certification. Originally from Haiti she came to the U.S. in 2010 and settled in New Jersey. Josianne loves spending time with her family NY and going to Church. For fun Josianne loves baking and crocheting.
She decided to become a home health aide because she loves helping others. When not working, Josianne volunteers in her community. One of our partners in the community had these kind words to say about Josianne: “…is friendly, sweet and reliable…she stays with her client throughout the day providing him with direct care assistance, guidance, support, laughs and so much more, and it is clear to all of us that she truly cares for this client and his well-being.
Josianne goes above and beyond daily to ensure that this client’s care needs are met as she assists him with his daily tasks, promotes his socialization with others and his participation in activities, and she always does so with a bright smile on her face.”
Delray – Enid Campbell
While relatively new to Caring People, Enid has been providing care for over 14 years. She is originally from Jamaica and moved to FL. Enid worked very hard putting herself through college and then worked in a psychiatric clinic for 4 years. She attributes her compassion and patience to these experiences.
Enid considers herself blessed to have 2 wonderful adult children. When not working Enid enjoys traveling and has been to England as well as around the United States. The Delray office loves working with Enid because they get such great feedback about her care. “She always approaches every client with love and care, is excellent at reporting feedback to the office and is a true team player – helping out in last minute situations.” Congrats Enid!
